Fiber Artist, Patricia Eaton!

Patricia has been sewing since high school, in other words, a very long time!  After learning to quilt, she began teaching others and has been doing so since 1982.  She has five titles on quilting and embroidery published by Leisure Arts, Inc.  Her specialties are quiltmaking, specifically applique and heirloom pieces, all done by hand.  Patricia has work in The National Quilt Museum in Paducah, Kentucky and the Historic Art Museum in Little Rock, the Clinton Library and UAMS School of Nursing.  Her work is also held in private collections all over the world and has appeared in various magazine publications.

Patricia served on the Board of the Arkansas Quilters Guild for 18 years and has taught at their retreats since 1984.  She maintains a blog and all work is done in her backyard studio, Bird Nest on the Ground, in Searcy, Arkansas.
